I am trying to find full-time employment. However, with a chronic illness you question whether or not to tell a possible employer of a chronic illness during an interview. Either answer has pros and cons.
Do you face potential discrimination and tell this potential employer? Do you attempt to explain that you are in good health and can perform the functions of the job?
Do you not tell this potential employer? What would happen then if you had a seizure at work? Would your employer understand?
Unfortunately, this post has more questions than answers. What would you do?
