First Week of October


Weight Loss Plan Status

I can already see some results from the weight loss plan that I have started (My Plan to Get Fit):

  1. I never would have considered any form of exercise fun a while ago, but I actually look forward to my Zumba classes.  Walking was okay, but I wouldn’t consider it fun.
  2. My scale has read the same number for the past few weeks, but my clothes feel more loose than they did a few months ago.
  3. I find myself making healthier food choices, and am making an effort to watch my portion sizes.
