Cutting Down Caffeine

I am making a second attempt to stop drinking coffee.  My first attempt didn’t turn out so well. 
This time I will gradually decrease the amount of coffee that I drink per day. I will then drink green tea to supplement.  Each week, I will go down one or two cups of coffee.

      • Not sure if it will help you, but I did substitute some good decaf to “trick” myself into thinking I was having coffee. Since I like the flavor (and caffeine benefits) of coffee, it helped a little psychologically, but didn’t help with headaches. On the plus side, the headaches only lasted a couple days…

        Good luck. It sounds like cutting back a little would be good – although I say that with full admission that I’m a coffee addict.
