Day 10 Chronic Illness Challenge

Sometimes they come more frequently than you would like:  the bad days.  A lot of things go wrong or not according to your plan.  During Day 10 of the Chronic Illness Challenge we ask the question:

What little things make your life easier?

The top 3 “little things” that make my life easier.  Listed in order of preference:

  1. Chocolate – Do I really need to explain this one?  I love chocolate.
  2. Meditation – I don’t know if this counts as a little thing.  When stress starts to build, I like to practice meditation from time to time.  It helps control the stress and I am more productive.
  3. Music – Listening to classical music helps calm me down, so I can focus on what I need to do to meet a deadline.  I’m not sure why, but it really does help.
