Should I worry? Blood blisters & Epilepsy

I need advice from the epilepsy community.  I went to the dentist this morning to get my regular cleaning.  The dental hygenist said something that bothered me a little and I am hoping others can give me more insight.

I woke up earlier this week to find a blood blister in my mouth.  This has happened before.  In fact one tends to pop up once every one or two months.  I don’t think much of them and they go away after a few days.

When I went to get my regular cleaning at my dentists this morning, my dental hygenist made a comment about the blood blister that worried me.  She said something along the  lines that doing this kind of thing regularly could cause more problems later.

I did a quick search on the internet to see if there was any further reason to worry.  I found a webpage by the Epilepsy Foundation discussing medicine and side effects.  It says I should contact my doctor immediately if I experience blisters in my mouth.

I sent a message to my neurologist just in case.  In the meantime, has anyone else experienced this before?  Is it something I should be concerned about?
